スフレチーズケーキ。

ＮＹチーズケーキを以前何度か焼いたが
最近体調が悪く、胃袋年齢80歳を誇る私には
生クリームやサワークリームが重すぎる
ってことで、今回はスフレチーズケーキを焼いた。
ＮＹタイプとなにが違うかというと、
溶かしバターたっぷりのグラハムビスケット台を省略し
卵の量を3倍に増やし、クリーム類をヨーグルトに代えて
湯銭焼きするというところだろうか。

しかし、卵の量をふやし、
クレーム・オブ・タータ入りのメレンゲ投入した割には
あまり膨らまず、舌ざわりもどこかざらっとしていた。
なぜ？

ＦＳＵで６月１９〜２０に「The ice autograph」というショーが
ロシアで行われるというニュース記事が紹介されてた。

It's not clear what kind of action it is, are mentioned
among participants only Ice Theatre of of St.-Petersburg.
I think this is show discussed in Plushenko's interview.

以前ジェーニャのインタヴューで話題に上ってたらしいが
そんな話してたっけ？

のちに出ていたこの記事の内容は
ショーの予定ではなく先週末のショーのレビューだったようだ。
I think Plushenko has performed with this ice theatre before.
The article is mainly a review of the show that took place
in Krasnodar last weekend.

Some interesting things:
- the ice machine broke down and the first show, planned on May 19
had to be moved to May 21, but the arena was sold out for both shows
- the skaters visited an orphanage and 60 children got free tickets for the show
- the article claims that the total of salary for the skaters for
the show was 50 000 US$
- the cost of making the ice in the arena
(which is not a permanent ice rink) was 30 000 US$
