昨日も今日も予報は晴れるといってたのに
ついぞ太陽を見れずに終わった。

卵白が2個分余ってたので
無塩バターを買ってきてバタークリームを作ったが分離。
原因はイタリアンメレンゲを作るときのシロップの温度が高すぎたのと
メレンゲを混ぜる前の無塩バターの状態が
空気入れすぎだったのが原因だと思われる。
舌触りはよくないが味はうまいから、ま、いっか。

tons of speed and the rotation..

His footwork and everything was great.
People were cheering before he was even done!

滑り終わる前にもう客は盛り上がってたみたいだな。
