生地から手作りピザ

収穫したトマトとたまねぎ、ピーマン
期限切れ強力粉消費のためピザを焼いた。
もちろんソースも生地も手作り。
手をかけただけあっておいしかった。
いい働きするなぁ、クレイジーソルト。
ただ、なんとなく勢いのない焼き上がり。
うちの小さなレンジオーブンではパワーが足りないようだ。
