5/13のCharlotte、5/15のRoanokeのＣＯＩレポがあがってこないので

Top skate to me belonged to Plushenko--
he had a much better cut of Tosca and I could almost swear
he reads these boards,
cause he skated to the exact tempo of the "slow" music for a change!
His first footwork pass was superb and exactly to the tempo and
beat of this faster disco edit.
That was great(and believably a level 4 sequence)
and the second one was a little off and didn't close right
but was still superior!
His edges are VERY deep and his speed the fastest except for Evan
who can really speed. Jumps were very much his usual high standard.
I am a critic of his usually,but he was hands down the best skater at COI,
even spinning with a great scratch spin. Bravo,Plushenko!

普段はジェーニャに批判的なお方らしいが
ずいぶんと行数を割いてくれてますねぇ。
私はスローな曲調に早いステップのせるのが粋だと思ってるんだが
一般にはトリノＥＸのステップ相応に曲のテンポ速くしたバージョンの方が
ウケがいいようだ。

しっかし、多くの選手が滑ってきた「トスカ」を
あんな大胆な解釈しちゃうのはジェーニャチームぐらいだろうな。
ジェーニャ以外は誰もやらないだろうし、
やろうとも思わないだろうし
やったところで誰も滑りきれないだろう。
