今年最初の山食を焼く。
ゴールデンヨット１００ｇ、イーグル１１０ｇ
油脂は発酵マーガリンとショートニング半々使用。
先週は市販のロールパンで間に合わせていたが
やはり自分で焼いたパンは格別。

昼時、本屋で立ち読みしてたら
フィギュアスケートのトリノ五輪特集のようなものが２冊ほどでていた。
時間がないので一冊だけざっと目を通すと
ロシア選手の呼び名のコーナーで
エフゲニーの愛称が<b>ジーニャ</b>になってて笑った。
ジェーニャはじいやかよ。

The gala was great. Almost all the skaters performing in the gala
appeared from nowhere around me when he went to skate his Tosca.
Breathtaking is an understatement...
I can't begin to imagine anyone deserving the
Oly medal more than him . No matter how much I like Lambiel,
what this guy does in that program is out of this world.

Plushi beats Carolina 500-0... that's the minimum number of
autographs and photos he must have signed/posed for after the gala...

とファンボードで突っ込まれてるが、
どうあれこの日のジェーニャの調子は良好
オリンピックを前にして開催国フィギュアスケートファンのつかみは
ＯＫだったみたいだな。
